Register

Registration takes place by sending an e-mail to: secretariaat@formalitiesofficers.nl

We would like to receive the following information:

• First name and last name of the new member

• Name and address of the employer

• E-mail address and phone number of the new member

• Invoice address (if different from the address above)

• PO number (if necessary for invoicing)

You will receive a confirmation of registration. After registration we will send you the invoice. 

Termination of membership is to be done in writing before 1 December of the current year.
